An 8000 sq. ft. beautifully restored mansion.
Julie was hired originally as a carpenter for this project then took over as the construction manager for the last year and a half of the project. This project painstakingly replicated all of the original trim moldings and restored the plaster to create an elegant and sophisticated space that has no equal in Ithaca. Argos won the prestigious Excellence Award from the Preservation league of New York State in 2017 due to the incredible collaborative talent involved.
