Not quite as easy as cake.
An industrial space modernized to accommodate many different tenants, including the Argos Warehouse, Foundry a co-working space and several local artisans. Julie was hired as the construction manager for this project. She helped assemble the construction team and manage the day to day project tasks and problem solving. This project utilizes heat pumps for heating and cooling to maintain energy efficiency. Simple, clean lines, exposed wood rafters and industrial metal details create a stunning space that stands out.
